Measure Your Door For Glass Inserts
Step 1. Measure the thickness of your entry door
Your door thickness should measure at least 1-3/4″. Have a question about the thickness of your door? Please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Step 2. Measure length “A” in above diagram
The measurement from A will give you the size of glass you need for B.
|Your Measurement of A||Glass size for B|
|32″, 34″, or 36″||22″|
Note: If your door is less than 34” wide, you must use a standard lockset. Anything larger like a keypad lock will not work as there is insufficient space between the glass frame and the lockset.
Step 3. Measure length “E” in above diagram
|Your Measurement of E||Full-size Glass Size (B x C)||Half-size Glass Size (B x D)|
|80″||22″ x 64″||22″ x 36″|
|96″||22″ x 80″||22″ x 48″|
